Weekend. Spent most of the time playing Game Boy.Pokemon Emerald. Arrgh. at first can't beat that stupid Mossdeep gym no matter how hard i try. then i went to catch 2 water pokemon. Wailmer and Sharpedo. after a tough fight... YEAH! finally managed to beat that pair of gym leaders Tate and Liza and earn the Mind Badge. then went on to fight Team Magma at the space center with Steven. managed to beat them :) then i got HM08 DIVE from Steven. YIppee. now i can go to Sootopolis city. but before that, i have to beat Archie, Team Aqua's boss. went to find him at the Seafloor Cavern. he was trying to wake Kyogre with the Red Orb. but, like Maxie, he managed to but Kyogre flew away and of course i beat him. After the battle i went to Sootopolis city where Groudon and Kyogre are having a fight and causing the weather to be threatening. Drought and thunderstorms occured at the same time. i then went to the Sky Pillar to wake Rayquaza, who is the only creature who can calm Groudon and Kyogre down. yeah. finally there was peace at Sootopolis and the other regions after Rayquaza calmed them. at last i could enter the Sootopolis gym, where Juan is the gym leader. but it was difficult! i just couldn't beat his last pokemon Kingdra. it's a water pokemon, therefore it's moves are effective on my Blaziken, a fire type pokemon while my moves are ineffective. sigh. i decided to continue next week. no time already, have to come back Singapore already. anyway the Dragonboat thingy yesterday was GREAT. we got ourselves all wet. we did sit ups while sitting on the side of the boat, sit-ups where youyr leg is on the boat while you plunge your whole head into the water. sounds disgusting and fun, right? then we rowed the boat to the shore and played around the water there. sand, mud and water. we were all wet when it started to rain somemore. we didn;t change into dry clothes or dry ourselves at all, but just walk in the HEAVY rain to the Kallang MRT station without stopping. no umbrellas.Walking in the rain.... and its quite fun and physically demanding. we were all very cold and freezing. our bags all became wet too. Ma'ams Miss Tan and Miss Ho with another guy(i think is her boyfriend) were like us too. they also rowed the boats, do sit-ups, and play with us. they also walked in the rain with us. in total, this was a very fun and enriching experience. (a brrrr.....ing experience too)
